The Blackmagic Cinema Camera features a high-resolution 2.5K sensor with a wide 13 stops of dynamic range, allowing the camera to capture 2.5K (2432 x 1366) 12bit RAW footage. The camera provides a high-speed Thunderbolt port and a capacitive touchscreen LCD display for camera settings and slate metadata entry. It is also compatible with extremely high quality Canon EF and Zeiss ZF lenses. The Blackmagic Cinema Camera will be available in July 2012 for $2,995 each. [Blackmagic]
